In June 2003 Belgian students in ìLycÈe Jean Absil ì Brussels, learned about Kids4AfganKids, the story of the school and the life of 1000 students walking sometimes 2and 1/2 hours to get to Jamaludine Wardak Middle School! Under the guidance of their teachers Mrs Drymael and Mrs Glaude, these 7 and 8 grade students have designed hundreds of postcards with the help of their Art teacher Marie Collard .They managed to sell them thanks to the efforts of another wonderful person Chantal Andouche and collected $500 for Kids4afghanKids !
